Well that is sort of silly. But maybe I got your attention. Horse sales seem to be very slow. I know of all these great beautiful horses that are for sale at much lower prices they would have cost several years ago or even last year. This recession knows no ends. I hear different predictions when it will turn around.

On the third Tuesday of September we have Prinsjesdag here in the Netherlands. The governmental plans for the coming year are presented to the Dutch people by the Queen. It is a day full of ceremony and lots of horses.
Okay, I was checking my email when I saw that a company had sent me their Stables and Estates brochure. Well that is the type of thing I love to look at. It had some really beautiful horse properties for sale. They would really fit me, I just need to win the lottery, that can’t be that hard? I found this reality company, Sotheby’s International Realty, well, when you see that name, you know it is going to have a fabulous price tag. So well worth looking at that site. Read more
I read about the project on a blog called Homes for Horses. I believe it is about owning houses where you can stable your horse as well. Although I love my horses, my personal housing is important as well. I believe it is in the St. Louis area, but I am not quite sure. It is a small subdivision which has a community barn at the bottom of the hill with indoor/outdoor arena, stalls with run-outs, round-pen, pastures for turn-out, and all within trotting distance to Babler Park where you can ride all day up and down the many protected equestrian trails.
