We ride our dressage test and now if the elements went good or bad. We also get a certain feeling, horse felt forward and felt great, lack of impulsion, etc. Or you feel you showed a great middle canter and your left shoulder in had to be next to perfect. Using bandages on your horse’s legs. or rather putting them on correctly, is an art by itself. Some don’t believe in them and rather wear boots. My horses wear boots, but when Charlie still had shoes on and had his ‘einschuss’ leg, I had to use bandages as there were no boots large enough to fit that leg.
